CrossFit Workout - Monday 10/10/16

Back to Basics Week at CrossFit Cleveland

This week will be filled with traditional CrossFit workouts consisting of fundamental movements focusing on improving technique and form.  If you've slacked off a little lately, this is a great time to get back on the "train". We'll have plenty of scaling options, so there's no excuse not to get to the gym at least 3 or 4 times this week.

Warmup: CrossFit Cleveland AB Routine, 15 reps each x 3 rounds, plus 200 meters each round, running or rowing.

WOD: "Cindy"
Amrap in 20 minutes of

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Cool Down:  Coach's Choice





Sneak Peek for the Week:
Tuesday:  Snatch warmup & skill practice followed by a power snatch and burpee metcon
Wednesday:  Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
Thursday:  KB swings, pullups, rowing and maybe running
Friday:  Friday Surprise (Metcon, not a Task List WOD)
