CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 3/5/14

3 rounds for time of

40 calorie row - Concept2 Erg
40/30W sand bag crunch, abmat w/knees out
40/30W sand bag squat clean
Perform 10 burpees every time you drop the sandbag

Since all the sandbags weight the same, guys perform 40 reps each and ladies perform 30 reps.
