🎅Strength:
Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5  find your 5 rep max within 15 minutes

Metcon Sprint:
1000M row or run,  for time

Warmup: 1000 meter row, 50 kb swings, 5-5-5 light deadlifts
Men: 65lb/95lb/135lb
Women: 45lb/65lb/95lb
Cool down: Plank hold, 5 minutes total. Record longest single hold
