CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 02/01/11

Partner workout, alternate exercises and rest if you finish your reps before your partner

5 rounds for time of
front squat - 15 reps (95lb-M/65lb-W)
burpee - 8 reps

Warmup: Burgener Warmup, 5 reps each movement + 10 pushups, 5 rounds
Cool down:  CF Cleveland Ab cool down, 2 rounds
