If you have a 20lb vest and 5 lb ankle weights, wear them.
Warmup: 100 jumping jacks & 100 wall ball shots, increase weight every 25 reps
Cool down: Max reps in 4 minutes - Choose one: pullups, hand release pushups, jumping goblets squats (25lbM/15lbW) or ab wheel rollouts.

on the road, hotel gym! ran 5k, 26:38, max reps HR pushups in 4 min, 78, wish they had a damn rowing machine...
