CrossFit Workout - Tuesday July 20, 2010

5 Rounds for Time of:
Front Squat, 15 reps (Men - 95 lbs., Women - 65 lbs.)
Sit Ups, 30 reps

*There are no weight racks used for this wod. The weight will start on the ground so if the weight needs to come down for you to rest, it goes to the floor and you must get it back to your shoulders.

The P.M. workouts saw a 1.2 mile run added immediately following the 5 round routine.

Day 7 burpee challenge
run 900m

5 rounds for time
20 reps 75# front squat (again, all i have)
21 pushups
no situps (bruised tailbone, no joke)
10:36
(2) 1 minute plank holds
