750M run
50 burpees
100 mountain climbers (R&L=1)
200 squats
1000M run

played 18 holes, drank 3 bloody's and 2 beers, ran 750m, did 15 burpees, 100 mountain climbers and 200 squats. So I suck, but I didn't blow it off completely

Good job Pat, anytime you can mix CF with golf, it's a good day.

Work done, untimed though, due to kid interruptions on porch but work done, run 900m (1x block) 50 burpees, 100 mtn climbers (2ct), 200 squats (with stops for kids needs), run 900m
