Crossfit Workout - Thursday 07/22/10

40-30-20-15-10 reps of

box jumps - 20"
v-ups
mountain climbers, 4-count

followed immediately by a 1.2 mile run, for time.

Warmup: sucks
Cool down: sucks even more

Don't know what a v-up is, try Google. and yes, they suck.

good morning. that was tough (and I didn't even do the rxd warm up)
100 jr spins
9 burpees (for day 9)
100 jr spins

box jumps (yes Jeff, I have a 24" box)
v up (yes, i had to look them up)
mtn climbers
900 m run (1 x around block)
28:50 all in.
no cool down, have to go to work, have a great day!Rick
