Hey All,


I know you all are missing me this week! Of course, I'm missing my style workout. I was looking at a great mapping sight for runs/biking/etc:

I mapped out the 1/2 mile run and here it goes:
- Going out the parking lot door of the gym turn left towards Madison Ave.
- Run westbound down Madison to Riverside Dr.
- Turn right onto Riverside.
- Turn right onto Fries Ave.
- Turn right onto Larchmont Ave & head back into the gym.
