Jumping pullups
I have a minor back issue at the moment, so I'm staying away from weights and running for a few days until I can get myself looked at. So, tonight, I did:
"Tabata Something Else" (scaled)
6 minute tabata workouts:
Push-ups, 90 reps
Ring-type pull-ups, 80 reps
Air squat, 115 reps
Sit-ups (crunches), 140 reps
