CrossFit Workout - Saturday 2/28/15

Just a reminder that we will be doing 15.1 as the member workout all morning Saturday, starting at 8:00am. Anyone who is registered on the Games website will have their workout judged starting at noon. If you are registered and can not make it Saturday at noon, let me know. We will be scheduling time(s) on Monday. This will be the routine for the next five weeks, 15.1 through 15.5. Please let me know if you have any questions, and also let me know if there are people I should add to our Games Training Group on Facebook. Thanks!
