For time....

750 meter run
21 kb swing
15 burpee box jump
21 kb swing
15 burpee box jump
21 kb swing
15 burpee box jump
750 meter run

Warmup: CF warmup x 2 rounds @ 12 reps each plus 200m meter runs
Cool Down:  Trainer's Choice (likely one that is "bullshit")
