8 DB thrusters
38 mountain climbers (2-count)

max rounds in 17 minutes

Men 30lb DBs. women 20lb DBs - scale weight as needed


Warmup: 500 meter run or row & 15 pushups & 15 squats, 3 rounds
Cool down:  Trainer's
