CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 11/17/10

turkish get-up - 3 reps right side, 3 reps left side
inverted ring pullup - 5 reps
L-hang from rings - 7 second hold
rest 1-2 minutes
5 rounds

Increase weight each round. If you can maintain a false grip during the pullups and L-hang, do it. There is no time component to this workout, take as much time as you need to get the work done.
