CrossFit Workout - Monday 11/15/10

65th Birthday WOD in honor of Kip Marlow, who says CrossFit has made him feel better now than anytime in his life!

65lb hang clean and press - 65 reps for time

Perform 6 burpees, then 5 more burpees, every time you have to put the bar down to rest.

Warmup: row 65 calories
Cool down: 65 ball slams , for time.


RX'd is 65 pounds for men, 45 pounds for women, hang squat clean and strict military press
Scale to hang power clean and/or push press or push jerk before reducing weight on the bar.

7:00am CrossFit Games Training Workout - 65lb hang squat snatch - 65 reps for time, same same.

Nice WOD. 7:30 with 95lbs. Ended up doing 20 burps.
