CrossFit Workout - Thursday 11/11/10

1000 meter row
75 - KB swing
50 - KB summo deadlift high pull
25 - KB goblet squat
500 meter run

for time.  Use the same kettlebell for all three exercises.  Men 55lb or 45lb, women 36lb or 25lb. Scale weight as required. Use a dumbbell if you do not have a kettlebell.

Warmup: crossfit warmup - 2 rounds
Cool down: Trainer's choice
