Jason and I worked out together today! We thought Bill's workout was a bit easy so we up'ed it.

200 Meter run before each round.
Reps/round: 21-18-15-12-9

Push-ups
35lb DB Thrusters
55lb KB squats (no bar available)

(Approx Times, Jason will update)
Troy's Time: 24:31

Then to cool down for fun:
30-40 Yards of Burpies (with the long jump added for good measure)

Yeah the burpee-for-distance experiment was enlightening. Results were conclusive, they are really hard. No, really.
