CrossFit Workout - Thursday 11/5/15

Turkish Get-up 3-3-3-3-3  R&L
Tabata Airdyne sprint 3-3-3-3

3 reps right, 3 reps left per round.  Perform 3 strict shoulder presses per arm after each set of 3 TGUs. Increase weight each round. Perform 3 rounds of Tabata Interval Airdyne max effort sprints between each round of R&L TGUs.  20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest x 3 rounds.  Rest as needed between rounds.

Warmup: CF Cleveland AB routine, 15 reps each x 3 rounds then one 400 meter run
