400 meter run or 500 meter row
21 kb swing
12 pullup



Tuesday 8/5/14

30 reps for time, 7 minute time cap

1 power clean plus 2 front squats

115M/75W  Jacked 135M/95W

Wednesday 8/6/14

Row sprints - max effort

125M/250M/375M/500M/ 500M run
375M/250M125M

Thursday 8/7/14

Strength WOD  1 power clean plus 3 front squats
Increase weight until you reach your max

Friday 8/8/14

"Balling Annie"

50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of

double under & wall ball situp
