Strength:
Shoulder press 10-10-10-10-10 from the floor

Metcon/WOD:
max rounds in 12 minutes of

5 CTB pullups, or chest to ring
10 DB thruster
15 jackknife situp

**Jacked version - bar muscle-up x 5


Vince and Israel did the 'jacked' version, 5 bar muscle ups per round instead of ctb pullups.  Here's Israel going into round 8.
