3 minutes - max rep toes to bar/KTE
2 minutes - max rep air squats
1 minute - rest

3 minutes - max rep 8-count body builders


Warmup: 1000 meter row, 100 mountain climbers, 100 plank jacks, any combo
Cool down: Trainer's choice
