6 - KB Swing - 55lb

Somewhere around 18-19 minutes. Looking forward to doing this one again. I know I can shave off a few minutes.

Throw in a 1 mile run, plus
3 rounds of GHD Sit-ups & Pull-ups
End with 500meter row.

I can't wait to get outside to workout!
