10 rounds of running 1/4 mile (instead of rowing) & did a total of 75 pull-ups.

I liked this one. I need to focus a bit more on getting my chin totally above the bar (Thanks Paul).

After I did 30 sit-ups on the GHD and 3 sets of 10 reps each of push presses (75lbs, 95lbs, 115lbs).
