Fun Fact: A full water jug from a hotel gym water cooler weighs 44 lbs.
Yes, I'm out of town this evening and short on equipment. So I had to scale down a bit. Most notably, I scaled the reps down on the thrusters with my jug, due to the awkwardness of thrusting it, my proximity to the treadmill, and the probable level of hotel staff displeasure if I dropped their water jug on the aforementioned treadmill.
Anyway, here's what I did:
CFWU x3 (could only do samson stretch, squats, push-ups and sit-ups)
Three rounds for time of
1/4-mi. run
20 Thrusters w/44-lb. water jug
30 Lunges
