So. I revived this workout tonight because I had a very indulgent weekend at a friend's wedding and felt the need to really hurt it out of me. Mission accomplished.
400m Run 21 Thrusters, 65 lb.

I had hoped for more improvement, but I'll be damned if this one doesn't kick my ass every time. An awesome stomach cramp didn't help too much. Still, three minutes is three minutes. Next time, I'll be going for fewer rests, which will definitely cut my time.
