Run for 21 minutes and record distance. Cap off with 30 jumping squats, preferrably with an OLY bar on your back.

2.6 miles.
A small improvement over last month. Then again, last month it wasn't 56 degrees and raining, and it wasn't a Thursday.
Also, I nixed the jump squats due to the fact that I was cold and wet. I'll tack them onto something next week.
2.4 miles, which i was quite happy with considering this is the first time I've tried to do it on a treadmill indoors.
I also did 30 jumping squats with a 12 lb bar, and 8-6-6 knees to elbows.
