CrossFit Workout - Monday 9/8/14

12 rounds for time of

4 strict pullup
8 goblet squat  55/36
12 kb swing    55/36

400 meter run after rounds four and eight. GoRuckers, wear your rucksack on the runs.

Warmup: On board from Saturday
Cool down:  1000 meter run shouldering slam ball. GoRuckers, wear your rucksack.
