CrossFit Workout - Monday 3/17/14

3 - DB squat clean triple thruster  30/20
17 - kb swings  55/36

Triple Zuckies today in honor of St. Patrick's Day.  Paired with KB swings? Why not?  Burpees would have just been outright mean.  Rope climb WOD on Tuesday, so don't drink too much green beer today or you'll pay for it tomorrow. Cheers!
