Crossfit Workout - Thursday 01/21/10

For time, 100 reps each of

75lb summo deadlift high pull (45-55lb for women)
abmat situp
75lb push press (45-55lb for women)

Perform everything in any combination of reps per set as desired. 10 reps of each exercise x 10 rounds, 20 reps each x 5 rounds, do all 100 high pulls before moving to situps, you pick - just get all 300 reps done as fast as possible.

Use the same bar for the high pulls and push presses, take the first rep of each push press set from the floor - no rack.

Cool down: 3 minute plank hold.  Affiliate Cup Team do 6 minutes.
