For some unknown reason I thought I was going to show fran how much hard work I've been doing... Why do I feel like she just smacked me right in the face! Nothing make my lungs burn like that. 7:47

2nd day back overhead in 5 weeks, and it showed. Hands got torn to shit and I pulled my slowest time in a year with a 6:14.
