when you post these workouts with rounds, are we to take any rest in between the rounds?

Unless there is heavy weightlifting or the WOD is specified as having no time component, these workouts are generally done "for time." So you should complete the WOD as quickly as possible, resting as needed.

Basically, rest as little as possible, but don't pass out.
