CrossFIt Workout - Friday 5/6/16

Lots of heavy grip and core strength work, plus max effort airdyne sprints. Don't miss this one.







Weekend Update:

Friday:  5:00pm Open Gym, 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. That means today!  You must RSVP online on our WODhopper system by 4:00pm.  Unlimited members only, sorry no guests or drop-ins.   Space is limited to 15.

Saturday:  Doors open at 8:00am, last warmup starts at 10:00am.  If you are running late, you can join the Basic Intro Workout at 11:00am. Bring a friend at 11:00am, their first three visits are free.  All levels, beginners welcome. Just show up.

Sunday:  NO Open Gym this week.  Happy Mother's Day. Open Gym returns next Sunday
