Warmup with pvc or an OLY bar, 3 sets of 10 reps
Post loads to Comments
If you don't have access to heavy weights for deadlifts, do 100 pullups for time.

100 Jumping/Kipping Pull-ups

Finished with 10 min. ring work
Started with 3 sets of 10 reps with pvc pipe
Then did 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3
1. 135 lb
2. 155 lb
3. 155 lb
4. 165 lb
5. 165 lb
6. 175 lb
7. 175 lb
The last set was a real burner, and my hamstrings are definately tight today.
