Another 300 workout

50 reps of the following exercises...

Wall ball shots
Pushups
Overhead squats
Box jumps
Pullups
Hanging knees to elbows

Complete in any order, but you must finish all 50 reps before moving to the next exercise. Post time and loads to Comments.

I couldn't do the hanging knees to elbows. Couldn't keep a grip on the machine I was hanging from. But I had a good enough ROM on the floor to make it effective.

5 pullups-20 jumping-25 row
50 wall ball shots (10lb)
50 box jumps (26")
50 pushups
50 over head squats (12lb)

By the time I got the the over head squats I was definately grunting it out.
