15 - 10 lb bar
10 - 45 lb bar
then with 2 minutes rest between, do
5 reps x 65 lbs
5 reps x 85 lbs
5 reps x 95 lbs
5 reps x 105 lbs
5 reps x 115 lbs
Followed by
25 snatch with pvc, slow relaxed pace, focus on perfect form and deep OHS
then
as many rounds in 15 minutes of
3 reps dumbell snatches right side -15lb
3 reps dumbell snatches left side -15lb
6 reps Overhead Squat - 10lb bar

Back in action!
I did:
Warmup:
40 standing press w/15-lb. bar
10 with 35 lbs.
Then 5 sets of 65-lb. standing press w/30 seconds rest between
25 snatches with 15-lb. bar, for form
then 11 rounds of DB snatch/L/R and OH squat in 15 min.
First day back, not bad. A little stiff. Will get back into form.
I did
5 reps x 65 lbs
5 reps x 85 lbs
5 reps x 95 lbs
5 reps x 105 lbs
5 reps x 105 lbs-and a spot to get the bar up
25 8lb bar snatch
3 reps 15lbs dumbell snatch (eachside)
6 reps over head squats (12lb bar)
15:23 - 20 rounds
