25 DB swings (25lbs)
25 step ups each leg (18 lb bar)

I did this on Sun. 9/9.

25 ~19" bench jumps
25 Push-ups
25 DB swings (25lb.)
25 step-ups (10lb. db's)

4 rounds, 27:14.74

Hopefully that will help offset the pizza and beers (as well as the disappointment). Bra-dy! Bra-dy!
