CrossFit Workout - Monday 1/19/15

10 rounds for time of

8 reps - deadlift  135lb/95lb
10 reps - ring pushup
12 reps - kb swing 55lb/36lb

Use a box to elevate your feet to be even with the rings/body parallel to the ground.  Adjust angle to scale difficulty level.
