@70-75% of your 1 rep max. Perform 6 forward jumps over the bar between each of the reps.
Warmup with 4 rounds of 300 meter rows, 15 sit-ups, 10 kb swings and 5 reps of deadlifts, starting at approximately 40% of your 1 rep max and increasing each round up to about 10% below your target weight for the workout.
