Kevin, for your height I'd suggest 8 feet off the ground. We have three heights, 7', 7.5' & 8'.

the height that is best in my opinion is the one where you have to jump to but still allows you to swing without dragging your feet when doing kipping pullups. I always use the 8' at CrossFit Cleveland.

Also, Great wod, even though we did it on Saturday for the Games Training group.
5rds for time. 70lb kettlebell and chest to bar pullups. Finished in 21:21.
