CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 8/28/13

max rounds in 15 minutes of

5 reps - front squat 95/65
10 reps - strict pullup
5 reps - front squat 95/65
10 reps - strict toes to bar/kte

Strict means no kip, period.  Maintain hollow body position during entire range of pullup.
