CrossFit Workout - Monday 8/12/13

Deadlift 3 reps
Burpee over bar 12 reps
Rest 2 minutes
X 6 rounds

Men 255lb/women 185lb

Scale to approx 70% of your 1 rep max

Warmup: 1600 meter row, 1000 meter run, 50 kb swings. Any combo. Then  3 warmup sets of medium weight deadlifts

Cool down. Trainer's choice
