CrossFit Workout - Monday 5/20/13

row max meters in 5 minutes then 4 rounds of

double under - max reps in 3 minutes
goblet squat - max reps in 2 minutes


Warmup: 50 jumping jacks, 30 hollow rocks, 15 pushups, 30 second squat hold(bottom), 200 M run x 3 rounds
Cool down:  Trainer's choice
