CrossFit Workout - Tuesday 05/22/12

max rounds in 7 minutes of

deadlift - 9 reps
hang power clean - 6 reps
front squat - 3 reps

Men use a 135lb bar, women use a 95lb bar.  Scale to use your "Grace" weight.

Warmup:  CF Cleveland AB routine w/ball slams - 30 reps each x 3 rounds
Cool down:  Trainer's choice
