Jason and I worked out before this was posted, so we did today's crossfit.com WOD:

"Tabata Something Else"

Eight Tabata intervals (with total scores) each of:

(Jumping) Pull-ups: 75
Push-ups: 70
Squats: 83
Sit-ups: 66

Jason's scores were close to mine on push-ups and sit-ups, but he did 50 kipping pull-ups and 121 squats.

By the way, no breaks between intervals; 16 straight minutes of rockin' tabata.

Next time I'll try to balance my pullups and pushups more. My rounds were all over the place. I'll shoot for 8 pullups each interval. 10 pushups.
