CrossFit Workout - Wednesday 10/7/15

Work on your Weakness Wednesday (Staci's idea)

Bring us your worst weakness (what you suck at the most) and we'll pair it with another movement or two and build your workout.

If you're not sure what to work on, here are a few ideas. Grip strength, core strength, double unders, handstand holds and/or walks, pistols, rope climbs, overhead squats, pull-ups, running, rowing.

Reminder: We're dropping the weekday 7:00am Workouts from the schedule starting this week. Show up by 6:30 am to start your warmup, lights out at 7:30 am.
