Tabata Intervals

KB swing
Wall walk
Jumping pullup
DB thruster
1000 meter run for time

Cool down:  double under, 4 minutes, max reps

Pretty sure I invented a new exercise ,Wall Walk (Jacks),correct me if I'm wrong or you have done them before,I love them!Is anybody going to Columbus for Regionals in June?.....Kevin Laing
